浅析《伤寒杂病论》对中医治疗肿瘤的临床指导意义

摘　　要：[目的]探讨《伤寒杂病论》中的学术思想及理法方药对当今中医治疗肿瘤的临床指导意义。[方法]通过对《伤寒杂病论》的学习和研究,并研读有关资料、查阅相关文献,分析、归纳其在治疗肿瘤疾病中的临床指导意义。[结果]《伤寒杂病论》被后世推崇为"方书之祖",其所倡导的辨证论治思想与当今肿瘤治疗中的"个体化治疗"和"精准治疗"有异曲同工之妙。由于肿瘤病情复杂,病理变化多端,呈现出多部位的损害并产生多种变证,针对肿瘤疾病的演变过程和产生的诸多变证,《伤寒杂病论》中辨证论治体系、理法方药思维、因势利导理论以及化裁变通用药等,广泛应用于多种恶性肿瘤的辨证与治疗,对中医肿瘤学的学术发展及临床疗效的提高具有重要的指导意义。[结论]《伤寒杂病论》中宝贵的学术思想及丰富的理法方药对现代肿瘤的预防和治疗有着深远的影响,并具有重要的现实指导意义。[Objective] To investigate ＂Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases ＂ clinical significance of academic thought and prescription of today＇s Chinese medicine treatment of cancer. [Method] Based on the research of ＂Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases＂, and studying relevant materials,access to relevant literature, analysis, summarized its treatment of neoplastic disease in clinical significance. [Results] ＂Treatise on Febrile and miscellaneous diseases＂ was later hailed as the ＂ancestor of the book＂, advocated the dialectical theory thoughts of governance and current therapy of tumor ＂individual treatment＂ and ＂accurate treatment＂ were equally wonderful. Due to the complexity of the tumor disease, pathological change multiterminal, showing a multiple site damage and produce a variety of diseases; the evolution of neoplastic disease generated a lot of syndrome, Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases syndrome differentiation system, principle, method, prescription drug thinking, adroitly guide action according to circumstances theory and the CD variation of generic drugs, widely used in syndrome differentiation and treatment of a variety of malignant tumors, raise the academic development of TCM oncology and clinical curative effects have important guiding significance.[Conclusion] ＂Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases＂ valuable academic thoughts and rich theory method of medicine of modern tumor prevention and treatment have a far-reaching influence and have important practical significance.
