从中医文化的视角解析和谐医患关系的构建

摘　　要：医患关系是医疗关怀领域和医疗行为过程的核心关系，这一关系的状态既影响着医疗过程的水平和质量，也关乎着社会和谐稳定发展的进程。所以，小康社会建设不能不关心医患关系的现状。但是，目前医患关系由于各种原因处于相当不正常的状态下，需要给予极大的关注。本文从医患关系相关问题切入，着重分析了中医文化中关于医患关系的有关论述和思想，也从中医文化的角度解析当前医患关系的现象，阐述了在中医文化影响下医患关系和谐发展的可能，进一步明确了文化对医患关系的根本影响。在此基础上，本文试图以中医文化的建设与宣传为基础，提出以文化理念的回归改善当前医患关系，还医疗关怀领域和医疗行为过程的和谐稳定。The doctor-patient relationship is the core relationship both in the field of medical care and in the process of medical treatment.It also affects the quality of medical procedures and relates to the course of social harmony,stability and development.Thus the current situation of doctor-patient relation-ship cannot be ignored when constructing a well-off society.At present,however,the doctor-patient rela-tionship is being abnormal for various reasons and needs paying close attention.With problems in the doc-tor-patient relationship as the breakthrough point,this article particularly analyzes the thinking and discus-sion related to the doctor-patient relationship in the culture in traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）.The authors also analyzed the current phenomena about the doctor-patient relationship in the cultural perspec-tive from TCM,then elaborated on the possibility of a harmonious doctor-patient relationship with the influ-ence of the culture in TCM,and further clarified the fundamental impact of culture on the doctor-patient relationship.Based on the above,The authors attempt to put forward an idea of improving the current doc-tor-patient relationship via the return of cultural concepts and with the basis of the cultural construction and publicity in TCM,bringing harmony and stability back to the field of medical care and the process of medi-cal treatment.
