摘　　要：目的 探讨颏成形术治疗硅胶隆颏术后引起的骨吸收及外形不佳的临床疗效.方法 对36例硅胶隆颏术后引起骨吸收及外形不佳的患者进行颏成形术,总结技术要点.结果 对所有患者随访6个月以上,均恢复良好,术后颏唇部外形满意,无严重不良反应发生.结论 颏成形术对于硅胶隆颏后引起的骨吸收及外形不佳有明显的改善,术后颏唇形态良好,效果稳定.Objective To research the treatment for bone resorption and chin deformites after chin aug- mentation with silicone prosthesis. Methods Thirty-six patients who underwent chin augmentation with silicone prosthesis also underwent genioplasty and the key points of this procedure were summarized. Results With follow-up for at least 6 months, all the patients healed well with satisfactory aesthetic results. No severe complications were observed. Conclusion Genioplasty is a reliable and effective method for correcting bone resorption and deformites after chin augmentation with silicone prosthesis.
