摘　　要：指出了目前城市交通普遍存在很多问题,分析了城市交通拥堵治理的经验,提出了大力发展公共交通系统、城市规划与交通规划相协调、智能交通建设的科学治理等方法,以减少城市道路上机动车辆上数量,使道路建设、公共资源布局与交通管理相协调,以及利用科学技术智能控制交通等,以期使城市交通拥堵问题从根本上得以解决。In this paper, we argued that there are many problems in urban transportationcurrently. We analyzedthe experience of managing urban traffic congestion, and proposed to develop public transportation system, coordinate the urban planning and traffic planning, scientific management ofconstructing intelligent transportation system and other methods inorder to reduce the number of motor vehicles on urban roads, which wouldmakeroad construction, public resources and traffic managementcoordinated, as well asusing scientific technology to intelligently control the urban traffic. Onlyin this waywould the problem of urban traffic congestion be fundamentally resolved.
