摘　　要：经典贸易理论已经阐明贸易对一国要素利用、产业结构优化有着促进作用。本文基于大量统计数据并借助统计软件实证研究,分析了我国对外贸易对产业结构的影响。研究发现,对外贸易对反映我国产业结构优化的科技创新能力、人力资本水平和能源利用效率三大指标综合水平具有正相关关系。为促进我国产业结构优化,建议我国应转变贸易增长方式,鼓励创新,扩大内需等。Classical trade theories have been to clarify that trade play an important role to a country＇s optimization of the industrial structure. By employing statistical software, this paper analyzes and integrates three indicators of science and technology innovation, human capital and energy efficiency for the qnantitative study on industry structure, level, studies the empirical effect of foreign trade on industP/structure, based on a large number of statistical data. The research finds that it has positive correlation between foreign trade and the industrial structure optimization. In order to promote the optimization of the industrial structure, it recommends that we should change the mode of trade growth, encourage innovation and expand domestie demand.
