摘　　要：现代科研院所制度是新时期我国科技体制改革的根本目标,它将消除传统科研院所体制的弊端,极大提高我国现代科研院所的整体效率。本文从国有出资人制度、法人治理结构、雇佣制度、财务管理制度以及机构评价制度等方面对推进我国现代科研院所制度建设的难点进行分析,为完善现代科研院所制度提供理论依据。Modern scientific research institution system is the fundamental goal of China＇s scientific and technological system reform in the new era. It will eliminate the malpractice of the traditional scientific research institution system and greatly improve the overall efficiency of modern scientific research institution. This paper analyzes the difficulties in promoting the construction of modern scientific research institutes in China from the aspects of state-owned investor system, corporate governance structure, employment system, financial manage- ment system and institution evaluation system, and provides theoretical basis for perfecting modern scientific re- search institution system.
