摘　　要：图书馆的信息服务是图书馆工作的最终价值体现,是图书馆发展的根本所在,图书馆的信息服务质量管理是图书馆管理的核心内容。六西格玛管理作为一种先进的管理思想和管理模式,在图书馆管理领域中必然有着广阔的应用前景。本文重点描述了图书馆信息服务质量实行六西格玛管理的意义,以及图书馆信息服务质量实行六西格玛管理的必要性及可行性。Library information service is the representative of the ultimate value of library work, and the fundamental of library development, the quality management of library information service is the core content of library management. Six Sigma management, as an advanced management thought and management mode,defi- nitely hasa broad application prospect in the field of library management. This paper mainly describes the signif- icance,necessity and feasibility of implementing Six Sigma management inlibrary information service quality.
