光固化氟化聚氨酯丙烯酸酯的合成与性能研究

摘　　要：以1,6-己二异氰酸酯(HDI)三聚体、1H,1H,2H,2H-十三氟-1-辛醇(TFOA)、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)、1,6-己二醇(HDO)为主要原料合成制备了氟化聚氨酯丙烯酸酯(FPUA)。通过红外光谱对FPUA的结构进行了表征,并研究了FPUA的固化性能、疏水防污性能、机械性能、相容性等。研究结果表明:FPUA固化速度快、疏水防污性能和机械性能良好,与树脂或单体的相容性优异。A fluorinated polyurethane acrylate（FPUA） was prepared based on 1,6-hexa- methylene diisocyanat （ HDI ） trimer, 1 H, 1 H, 2H, 2H - tridecafluoro - 1 - octanol （ TFOA ）, hydroxyethyl methylacrylate （HEMA） and 1,6-hexanediol （HDO）. The structure of FPUA was characterized by FT-IR. The curing performance, water resistance, anti-fouling property, me- chanical property and compatibility of FPUA were studied. The results showed that the FPUA curing speed was fast, the hydrophobic and anti- fouling properties and mechanical performance were good, and the compatibility with other resins was excellent.
