摘  要:目的探讨以茶叶(中国日照绿茶)为原料研制的磁共振口服胃肠道对比剂的作用机制,评估茶对比剂在磁共振胰胆管造影(MRCP)中的可行性及应用价值。方法经体外试验确定适宜的茶对比剂浓度为(12.04±0.22)mg/L(锰含量)。选择30例志愿者对口服茶对比剂前后MRCP图像自身对照,观测胃肠道信噪比变化及以胰胆管解剖结构为对象的MRCP图像质量的改善情况。采用配对t检验,使用SPSS18.0软件进行统计学分析。结果30例受检者服用对比剂后,胃十二指肠充盈达100%。行MRCP时,可有效抑制胃肠道高信号伪影。结论口服茶对比剂易于接受,安全性好,性能稳定,有助于改善MRCP图像质量,是一种安全有效的胃肠道阴性对比剂。Objective To investigate the mechanism of tea (China Rizhao green tea) as an oral gastrointestinal contrast agent, and assess the feasibility and value of this tea for magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography{ MRCP}. Methods The appropriate tea concentration of (12.04 ± 0.22) mg Mn/L was determine in vitro. Thirty volunteers underwent MRCP imaging before and after oral administration of the tea. The change in signal intensity of gastrointestinal tract was monitored. In addition, the improvement in MRCP image quality was examined, particularly with regard to the anatomical structure of the pancreatic duct. Paired t-tests were used to conduct statistical analyses. Results Signal intensity of the stomach and duodenum before and after oral administration of the tea showed significant differences (P〈0.05). The quality of MRCP images also showed significant differences (P〈0.05). Conclu- sion Tea as a natural drink can be used as an ideal oral negative contrast agent in MRCP by effective inhibiting gastrointestinal T2 high signals.
