摘  要:随着城市化进程的推进、法律法规的日益严格以及居民环保意识的增强,城市变电站的噪声问题已经成为亟待解决的重点问题之一。为了有效指导城市变电站噪声的治理,以城市变电站噪声特性为研究对象,通过分析城市变电站(110 k V变电站、220 k V变电站和500 k V变电站)的噪声特点和现有降噪措施(吸声措施、隔声措施和消声措施)的降噪效果发现,现有降噪措施并不能满足城市变电站低频降噪的需要,尤其是1 000 Hz以下的中低频噪声更是继续解决。通过研究分析,提出开发专用降噪措施的基本要求。With the advancement of urbanization, the strictness of laws and regulations and the enhancement of residents' environmental protection awareness, the noise problem of urban substations has become one of the key problems needed to be solved. Taking the noise characteristics of urban substations as the research object, in order to effectively guide the noise control of urban substations, this paper analyzes the noise characteristics of urban substations(110 k V substation, 220 k V substation and 500 k V substation) and the noise reduction effect of the existing noise reduction measures(sound absorption measures, sound insulation measures and noise countermeasure). It is found that the existing noise reduction measures can't meet the needs of urban substations' low frequency noise reduction, especially the middle and low frequency noise below 1 000 Hz. At last, on the basis of the above analysis, the basic requirements of the development of special noise reduction measures are put forward.
