摘  要:为筛选适宜温室环境生长的草坪草种或品种,将结缕草属(Zoysia)、狗牙根属(Cynodon)、蜈蚣草属(Eremochloa)等属的8种成坪草坪草种以盆栽形式移植入温室,从外观质量、使用质量和生态质量三方面进行科学的定量筛选,并进一步对草坪草叶片相对电导率、丙二醛(MDA)含量、脯氨酸(Pro)含量、叶绿素含量、蛋白磷酸酶2A(Protein phosphatase-2A,PP2A)和3-磷酸甘油醛脱氢酶(Glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase,GAPOD)基因表达等生理和分子指标进行耐热、耐阴方面的综合评价。结果表明,1)温室环境下沟叶结缕草(Z.matrellia)和杂交狗牙根(C.dactylon×C.transvadlensis)品种综合评价指数较高,可作为温室使用首选草种,日本结缕草(Z.japonica)、剪股颖(Agrostis stolonifera)、假俭草(E.ophiuroides)、岩垂草(Lippia nodiflora)、海滨雀稗(Paspalum vaginatum)、百喜草(P.Notation)不宜在温室环境中利用。2)综合评估4项生理指标和2项分子指标,并使用模糊聚类分析法评价草坪的抗逆性,其结果与草坪群体综合质量表现基本一致,其中沟叶结缕草和杂交狗牙根品种适应性最强。3)同时证明了抗逆标记基因PP2A和GAPDH的表达可以有效地反映草坪草在温室环境下的适应性,其结果与外观形态质量评价和生理指标评价结果相吻合,完善了温室环境下草坪草适应性的定量化评价指标和标准体系。In order to select the turfgrass or varieties that were suitable for greenhouse condition,the heat tolerance and shade tolerance of eight turfgrass species were studied by the comprehensive evaluation of morphological index,physiological index and molecular index.The results showed that:1)Zoysia matrella and Cynodon dactylon×C.transvadlensis grew best and mignt be optimal species to plant in greenhouse.Z.Japonica,Lippia nodiflora,Paspalum vaginatum,Eremochloa ophiuroides,Agrostis stolonifera,P.notatumdid not perform well in greenhouse.2)The results of comprehensive evaluation for turf resistance by fuzzy clustering analysis were consistent with the morphological index.Z.matrellaand C.dactylon×C.transvadlensis‘Tifgrand'were regarded as the best speices.3)Meanwhile,the expression of the gene PP2 Aand GAPDHcan also reflect the adaptation ability of turfgrass to greenhouse condition.It was similar to the results of morphological appearance and physiological quality evaluation.Thus,it also improved turfgrass quantitative evaluation and standard system in greenhouse condition.
