摘　　要：以中天之江诚品项目为例,介绍了预制装配式结构施工中预制墙板、楼梯、叠合板的吊装及后浇部位的施工等关键施工技术,创新性地在后浇连接部位使用铝合金模板,提高了后浇部位的施工质量,且符合绿色施工理念,工业化效率高。铝合金模板与预制装配式结构的完美结合,提高劳动生产率,加快建设速度,降低工程成本,提高工程质量,符合建筑工业化的发展方向。Based on a case study of Zhongtian Zhijiang Eslite, this paper introduces many key construction techniques applied in hoisting of PC walls and slabs, stairs, laminated slabs and construction of post-pouring parts of prefabricated construction. Aluminum formwork has been creatively employed in post-pouring connective parts, successfully improving relevant construction quality and conforming to green construction concept with great high industrial efficiency. The combination of aluminum formwork and prefabricated structure raises labor productivity, enhances the speed of construction, lowers the project cost, improves project quality, therefore meets the direction of architecture industrialization.
