摘 要:绿色化改造方案在建筑能耗控制上具有先导作用,直接决定建筑最终能量消耗。实施绿色化改造是既有工业建筑再利用未来发展趋势。对比传统既有工业建筑改造评价体系,根据专家意见从方案可实施性、方案价值性能指标以及方案环境性能指标等方面建立绿色化改造评价体系,运用AHP层次分析法确定评价权重,量化评价模型。最后以百年老矿——河北省邯郸市峰峰矿区机械厂改造设计方案选择为例,验证建立的评价体系,为实施既有工业建筑改造方案设计成果的绿色定量评价提供可靠依据。Green plan plays a preceding role in controlling building' s energy consumption. It is green reuse plan that directly determining the final energy consumption in reuse old industrial buildings. Thus, the application of green design principles on reusing industrial buildings is obviously here to stay. Through detailed comparison of traditional evaluation system in reforming industrial buildings, this paper establishes green evaluation system of reforming industrial buildings. The analytic hierarchy process methodology of Saaty was applied to construct the evaluation system. Through definition weights quantification experts' suggestion, this system provides a reliable approach on assessing the green design effect of reusing industrial buildings. One reuse machinery plant example in Fengfeng mining district, which is a century-old mine, located in Heibei province was cited to show how to utilize the evaluation system.
