电刀联合双极电凝切除扁桃体临床体会

摘　　要：目的探讨电刀联合双极电凝切除扁桃体的临床价值。方法将具备扁桃体切除术指征的80例患者,随机分为实验组及对照组,分别采用电刀联合双极电凝及传统扁桃体剥离法切除双侧扁桃体,每组40例,均全麻下手术。对手术时间、术中出血量、术后咽痛程度等方面进行比较。结果实验组与对照组相比:手术时间短、出血量少,具有统计学意义(P<0.01);术后咽痛程度评价比较有统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论全麻下使用电刀联合双极电凝切除扁桃体手术时间短、术中出血量少、术后咽痛程度轻,是一种安全有效的方法,值得推广。Objective To explore the clinical value of tonsillectomy with electrotome and bipolar coagulation forceps.Methods All 80 patients with the indications of tonsillectomy were randomly divided into experimental group and control group（ 40 patients in each group）. The experimental group was treated by electrotome and bipolar coagulation forceps, while the control group was treated with conventional tonsil decollement. The general anaesthesia was used for all patients. The duration of operation,intraoperative blood loss,and post- operative pain were compared between two groups. Results Comparing with control group,the experimental group had shorter time of operation and less blood loss. There were statistical significance（ P〈0. 01）.Besides the difference about postoperative pain was significant（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusions Tonsillectomy with electrotome and bipolar coagulation forceps is an effective and safe method with shorter time of operation,fewer blood loss,less postoperative pain. It is valuable in clinical application.
