生物活性玻璃对L929细胞增殖的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨生物活性玻璃对L929细胞增殖的影响,了解生物活性玻璃用于牙周组织再生的可行性。方法采用四唑盐(MTT)法和流式细胞术,检测不同浓度的生物活性玻璃浸提液对体外培养L929细胞增殖的影响。结果 MTT结果显示0.062 5 g/L、0.625 g/L、1.25 g/L组细胞的OD值高于对照组,其中0.062 5 g/L组OD值最高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2.5 g/L组与对照组相比差异无统计学意(P>0.05);5 g/L组OD值最低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。流式细胞术实验结果与MTT结果相符,0.062 5 g/L组细胞增殖指数(PI)最高,而5 g/L组PI值最低。结论生物活性玻璃在一定浓度范围内可促进L929成纤维细胞的增殖。Objective To investigate the influence of bioactive glass（ BG） on L929 cell and to understand the feasibility of bioactive glass for periodontal tissue regeneration.Methods MTT and Flow cytometry were used to test the influence of different concentrations of glass extracts on L929 cell proliferation.Results Both methods showed that 0.0625 g / L of glass extract scored higher than the rest. 2.5g / L of BG extract showed no statistically significant difference when compared with the control group（ P〉 0. 05）; 5g / L of glass extract scored lower than the rest. Conclusions In a particular range of concentrations,BG can enhance L929 cell proliferation significantly.
