系统化护理在老年股骨颈骨折患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探究系统化护理模式对改善老年股骨颈骨折患者消极情绪的作用及对并发症的影响。方法选取2014年1月至2016年3月于本院骨科进行治疗的股骨颈骨折患者98例,随机分为两组,每组49例,给予常规护理组患者常规护理干预,给予系统化护理组患者系统化护理模式干预,比较两组患者的SAS、SDS评分及并发症发生率。结果干预前,常规护理组与系统化护理组患者的SAS、SDS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,系统化护理组患者的SAS、SDS评分均明显低于干预前及常规护理组(P<0.05);常规护理组共发生并发症18例(36.73%),明显高于系统化护理组的8.16%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予老年股骨颈骨折患者系统化护理模式干预,可明显缓解患者的焦虑、抑郁等消极情绪,降低并发症的发生率。Objective To explore the effect of systematic nursing model on the improvement of the negative emotion and the effect on the complications of the elderly patients with femoral neck fracture. Methods Selected 98 patients with femoral neck fracture in our hospital for treatment from January 2014 to march 2016, were randomly divided into two groups, with 49 cases in each group, giving routine nursing group received routine nursing intervention, given nursing group system of nursing intervention, compared two groups of patients with SAS, SDS score and complications incidence. Results Before the intervention, the difference between the SAS and SDS scores of routine nursing group and systematic nursing group had no statistical significance （P〉0.05） ; intervention, care group system in patients with SAS and SDS scores were significantly lower than those before intervention and the routine nursing group （P〈0.05） ; routine nursing group there were complications （36.73%）, significantly higher than the system of nursing group 8.16%, the difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusions The systematic nursing intervention for elderly patients with femoral neck fracture can obviously relieve the anxiety and depression of the patients, and reduce the incidence of complications.
