福州市社区老年人长期护理需求的调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解福州市社区老年人对长期护理需求的比例、意愿及想要的护理模式和具体服务内容，为福州失能老人构建长期护理服务体系提供依据。方法采用统一自制的《福州市社区老年人长期护理需求调查表》，随机抽取福州市3个社区100例老年人进行问卷调查。结果调查的100例受试者中．慢性病的总患病率为89％；70～79岁的老年人中，有17．6％需要日常的生活协助，≥80岁的老年人中有38．9％需要获得长期护理；受试者中选择家庭护理占61％，社区护理占30％，养老机构护理9％。受试的老年人所需要的具体服务内容包括：日常生活护理（23％）、治疗性护理（27％）、心理护理（9％）、安全护理（13％）、健康教育（38％）。结论随着生活不能自理的老年人口的增多，政府和相关部门应大力发展社区和家庭护理，完善社会养老机构，打造满足不同老年人群的养老模式，提供符合老年人需求的服务内容，加快构建和完善长期护理服务体系。Objective To investigate older adults＂ choices of the long-term care proportion, desire, model and their demands of specific contents of long-term care, and to provide basis for long term care planning in Fuzhou.Methods Using the self-designed ＂ Fuzhou community elderly people in long-term care needs survey＂ , a total of 100 older adults in three communities of Fuzhou were recruited and asked to fill out the questionnaire. Results Among 100 participants, Chronic disease prevalence rate of 89%, 70~ 79years of age, 17.6% required daily living assistance, over 80 years old there are 38.9% need long-term care. 61% would like to choose homecare, 30% preferred community care, 9% selected institutional care, as for the specific contents of long term care they needed, 23% required daily care, 27% wished for treatment nursing. 9% hoped to receive psychological nursing, and 13% would like to have safety nursing, 38% need health education.Conclusions As life can not take care of the increasing elderly population, the government and relevant departments should vigorously develop community and home care, improve social retirement mechanism, build to meet different endowment pattern, provides conforms to the needs of the elderly services, accelerate the construction and improvement of long-term care services system.
