现代针灸教材治疗疔疮“同功穴”分析

摘　　要：目的整理现代针灸教材中主治疔疮的腧穴应用,归纳总结出主治疔疮的"同功穴",为腧穴配伍及针灸处方提供理论依据。方法基于网络检索和人工检索两种途径,检索30部现代针灸教材中主治疔疮的腧穴,分析疔疮的"同功穴"及其规律,并对其频次、归经、所在部位及规律谱进行统计分析。结果经统计30部现代针灸教材中主治疔疮的"同功穴"有15个。应用频次较高的为灵台、郄门,经脉以督脉、手厥阴心包经、手阳明大肠经为主,部位以上肢为主,规律谱中以1级谱为主的灵台、郄门2穴为针灸治疗本症最常用亦为最主要的腧穴。结论选取主治作用相同或相近的"同功穴",为现代临床针灸治疗疔疮提供了最佳的选穴方案及科研思路,进一步佐证了腧穴配伍的协同增效作用。Objective By collating textbooks of modern acupuncture acupoints in application of attending furunclosis,sum up out the attending furunculosis ＂analogical acupoint＂,provide theoretical basis for the compatibility of acupoints and acupuncture prescription. Methods Based on the network retrieval and manual retrieval two ways,Retrieve 30 modern acupuncture acupoints of attending furunculosis in the textbooks,analysis of ＂analogical acupoint＂and its regularity of furunculosis,and carries on the frequency,subordinate to the meridians,their positions and regularity of spectral analysis. Results Through statistics of 30 attending furunculosis in the textbooks of modern acupuncture ＂analogical acupoint＂is made up of 15. The application of high frequency for Lingtai,Ximen; Meridians is given priority to with Du Meridian,Pericardium Meridian and The large intestine of Hand-angming Meridian; Parts is given priority to with Upper Limb; First order spectrum in regular pattern based in Lingtai and Ximen two acupoints for acupuncture treatment of this disease is most commonly used,is also the main acupoints. Conclusion Select attending the same or similar effect ＂analogical acupoint＂for the modern clinical acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of furunculosis provides the best den plan and research train of thought,Further evidence of acupoints compatibility synergistic effect,and improve the curative effect of clinical acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of furunculosis.
