复方蜂胶灵芝片对2型糖尿病大鼠的降糖作用

摘　　要：目的观察复方蜂胶灵芝片对2型糖尿病的治疗作用。方法复制2型糖尿病大鼠模型,将造模成功的大鼠随机分为正常对照组;糖尿病模型组;糖脉康颗粒2.7 g/kg剂量组;复方蜂胶灵芝片1.2、0.6和0.3 g/kg3个剂量组。正常对照组10只动物,其余各给药组均20只动物,给药治疗8周。在实验周期内观察检测动物一般状态,空腹血糖(FBG),糖耐量(OGTT)及血液流变学。结果复方蜂胶灵芝片1.2 g/kg和0.6 g/kg剂量在给药后2周即可明显降低动物血糖(均为P<0.05);给药8周时,1.2 g/kg和0.6 g/kg剂量在灌胃葡萄糖60 min及120 min时表现出一定的改善糖耐量作用(分别为P<0.01或P<0.05);1.2 g/kg剂量组可显著降低全血黏度(高、中切)和血浆黏度(均为P<0.05)。结论复方蜂胶灵芝片有治2型糖尿病及并发症的作用,可明显降低糖尿病动物空腹血糖、可显著改善糖尿病大鼠的糖耐量,具有降低血黏度,改善血液循环的作用。Objective To assess the therapeutic effect of Propolis and Ganoderma compound tablet in rats with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods Prepare the model of type 2 diabetic rats. Then the rats were randomly divided into normal group,model group,high dose（ 1. 2g / kg） group,moderate dose（ 0. 6 g / kg） group,low dose group（ 0. 3 g /kg） group,Tangmaikang Granules（ 2. 7g / kg） group,normal group with 10 rats,the rest of group with 20 rats. Treatment groups were orally administered for 8 weeks. Detect the blood of fasting blood glucose（ FBG）,oral glucose tolerance test（ OGTT）,hemorheological index. Results After orally administered for 2 weeks,the blood of fasting blood glucose in Propolis and Ganoderma compound tablet high dose group and moderate dose group were significantly different with model group（ P〈 0. 05）. After orally administered for 8 weeks,The OGTT enhanced at 60 min,120 min after giving glucose solution in Propolis and Ganoderma compound tablet high dose group and moderate dose group group（ P〈 0. 01 or P〈 0. 05）. Compared with the model group,the high dose group could significantly decrease whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The Propolis and Ganoderma compound tablet could significantly decrease FBG,whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity,could enhance the OGTT,could treat the type 2diabetes and its complications.
