摘 要:目的建立工作场所空气中1,2-二氯乙烯的二硫化碳解吸-气相色谱法测定方法。方法采用溶剂解吸型活性炭管进行采样,经二硫化碳解吸,应用DB-1毛细管柱(30 m×0.320 mm×0.10μm)采用程序升温方式进行分离,火焰离子检测器检测,保留时间定性时,峰高或峰面积定量。结果方法的线性范围为0.16μg/ml^756μg/ml,相关系数(r)=0.999 5;当采集1.5 L样品,最低检出浓度为0.1 mg/m^3;平均解吸效率为100.6%,相对标准偏差为1.3%~2.5%。结论该方法简单,灵敏度、准确度和精密度高,适用于工作场所空气中1,2-二氯乙烯测定。Objective To establish a method for detecting 1,2- dichloroethylene in air of workplace by carbon disulfide desorption- gas chromatography. Methods The air was sampled using solvent desorption activated carbon tube,and desorbed with carbon disulfide and finally separated with DB- 1( 30 m × 0. 320 mm × 0. 10 μm) capillary column by controlling the temperature and detected with flame ionization detector. The qualification was based on retention time and quantification was based on peak area. Results The linear range of the method ranged from 0. 16 μg / ml to 756 μg / ml,with the correlation coefficients of0. 999 5. When 1. 5 L sample was collected,the minimum detectable concentration was 0. 1 mg / m3. The desorption rates was100. 6% and the relative standard deviations( RSDs) were within 1. 3%- 2. 5%. Conclusion The method is simple,sensitive,accurate and precise,and it can be applied to the determination of 1,2- dichloroethylene in the air of workplace.
