摘　　要：目的了解余姚市食源性疾病中沙门菌菌型分布和耐药情况,为沙门菌临床治疗和防治提供科学依据。方法对哨点医院采集的腹泻患者样本进行增菌、分离、鉴定、血清分型和药敏试验。结果 2014年-2015年共收集860份食源性疾病患者标本,检出沙门菌108株,检出率为12.56%。共分属5个血清群24个血清型,其中鼠伤寒沙门菌占42.59%,是本地区近2年沙门菌感染的优势血清型。药敏试验发现,对青霉素类的耐药率较高,其中对氨苄西林的耐药率为44.44%,对哌拉西林的耐药率为39.81%。耐药株有68株,占62.96%,其中单一耐药2株,占1.85%,多重耐药有10株,占14.71%。结论余姚市沙门菌优势血清型以鼠伤寒沙门菌为主;部分菌株耐药性较明显,提示加强沙门菌耐药性监测的必要性。Objective To understand the serotypes distribution and drug resistance of Salmonella caused food borne diseases in Yuyao,so as to provide scientific basis for clinical treatment and prevention. Method Samples were collected from diarrhea patients in sentinel hospitals for enrichment culture,isolation,biochemical identification,serotyping and drug susceptibility test. Results A total of 108 Salmonella strains were detected in 860 fecal specimens from diarrhea patients during 2014-2015,and the detection rate was 12. 56%,which belonged to 5 groups and 24 serotypes; among the strains,42. 59% was Salmonella typhimurium. Salmonella typhimurium was predominant serotype in this region in past 2 years which infected by Salmonella. The drug susceptibility test results showed that these Salmonella had the highest resistance rate to penicillins,and its resistance rate to thereinto ampicillin was 44. 44% and that to piperacillin was 39. 81%. It was found that 68 strains were antibiotic resistent Salmonella,accounting for 62. 96%; there were 2 single antibiotic resistant strains,accounting for 1. 85%,10 strains were multi- drug resistant,accounting for 14. 71%. Conclusion The predominant strains of Salmonella were Salmonella typhimurium in Yuyao. The resistance of some antimicrobial were significantly higher,suggesting the necessity of strengthening monitor on drug resistance.
