摘　　要：为指导配电网发展和评估各地区配电网规划水平,本文建立了全面覆盖配电网发展内容的基础指标库,并建立针对配电网现状情况评价的指标体系,构建了反映配电网规划情况及成效的规划评价指标体系,提出了规划年电网建设情况的评价方法,并试点验证了评价方法的有效性。In order to guide the development of distribution network and evaluate the regional distribution network planning level, the basic index library of distribution network development are established, the evaluation indexes of the status of distribution network are established, and the evaluation indexes of distribution network planning and planning effectiveness are constructed. With the application of evaluation process described in this paper, the present and planning situation of distribution network in a region is evaluated to verify the validity of the proposed method.
