摘　　要：本文研究影响术语工作流程标准化的因素,特别是术语工作者的角色问题。目标是能够清晰描述术语工作者在术语工作流程中的角色与作用,从而能够复制标准化的工作流程,更有效地管理好术语工作。方法是相关文献综述与个案研究结合。研究表明,术语工作流程的标准化能够提高术语资源的质量,能够成为术语工作的一个有效的机制并且为我国的术语工作流程的标准化提供参考。The paper studies the factors that influence the standardization of the terminology work flows, particularly the issue of the terminlogist＇ s role in the process. The aim is to clearly describe the roles and functions of the terminologists in the workflows so as to replicate the standardized workflows and to manage the terminology work more effectively. The method used is the relevant literature review and the case study. The research shows that the standardization of the terminology workflows can improve the quality of the terminology resources, enable it to become an effective mechanism of the terminology work and to act as a stanard reference for China＇ s terminolgy workflows.
