摘　　要：以生鲜乳为例论证"互联网+乳品行业"是解决乳制品产品质量全程可追溯的难题的途径,解决乳品行业产品质量安全风险预警的关键;物联网技术的应用是"互联网+乳品行业"实现的基础。用物联网技术解决生鲜乳产出量、运输量、工厂收购量之间合理性关系校验问题,解决工厂收奶过程中质量全程可控,事先预防和事后全程可追溯的难题。Take raw milk as an example that argumentation＂Intemet＋ dairy industry＂is the way to solve the problem of traceability of dairy prod-uct quality,The key to solve the dairy industry product quality and safety risk warning,Internet of Things technology is the basis for imp-lementation of ＂Internet＋ dairy industry＂.Using the Intemet of Things Technology to Solve that the problem between the rationality of the relationship between the calibration Fresh Milk Output,Traffic volume,Factory purchase,To solve the quality of the whole process of milk factory control,prevention in advance and after the whole can be traced back problems.
