摘 要:我国的铝土矿资源非常丰富。但其较低的铝硅比,严重制约着我国铝行业的健康发展。通过合理的选矿方法提高铝土矿的铝硅比,以获得高质量的铝土矿精矿,满足氧化铝生产需求,是改变一水硬铝石生产氧化铝高能耗、高成本的有效途径。本文主要介绍国内外高硅铝土矿选矿脱硅的研究现状及进展,并对高硅铝土矿选矿脱硅的发展方向进行了展望。Bauxite resources in China are very rich but the alumina - silica ratio of ore is relatively low, severely restricted the healthy development of Chi- nese aluminum industry. Based on rational mineral processing technologies, we may acquire a high quality bauxite concentrate, thus satisfying the demand of alumina production, which is a valid method to change the high energy consumption and high cost alumina production by diasporite. In this paper the domestic and foreign dressing desilication research status and progress of high silica bauxite are introduced, and the development direction of high silica bauxite dressing desilication also is forecasted.
