摘  要:低温拜耳法处理三水铝石生产氧化铝过程中,有机物的积累是生产过程中非常突出的问题,有机物的升高不仅降低种分系统的分解率,而且影响氧化铝产品的物理化学指标。某使用三水铝石为原料的低温拜耳法氧化铝的企业于2012年底投产,在之后生产过程中,铝酸钠溶液中的有机物不断升高,目前该企业精液中有机碳已经达到了12.06g/L,母液中达到了14.64g/L。有机物的积累已经影响了企业的运行指标,种分分解率从刚开始生产时的56%下降至51%,产品氧化铝中的Na_2O含量从最开始生产时的0.16%升高至0.40%,氧化铝的磨损指数也随着产品中Na_2O含量的增加而升高。有机物的升高已经严重影响了工厂的运行效率和产品质量。Accumulation of organic is a key problem during Bayer process under low temperature. Not only precipitation yield is reduced, but also physical and chemical indexes of alumina product are worsened with accumulation of organics. An alumina refinery is started by the end of 2012, in which gibbsite is used as raw materials. Until now, organic carbon concentration is 12.6g/L in green liquor and 14.64g/L in spent liquor. There are some influences to precipitation yield, Na2O in products and attrition index with accumulation of organic. Precipitation yield is decreased from 56% to 51%. Na2O in prod- uct is increased from 0.16% to 0.40%, attrition indexes is increased with the increasing of Na2 0 in products. Accumulation of organic badly has an effect on the production efficiency and product quality.
