摘  要:研究了通过苛化的方法回收结晶法去除有机物产生的渣中铝和碱工艺。试验结果表明在苛化原液中Na2OC浓度为120g·L-1,石灰乳质量浓度为200g·L-1、苛化温度90℃、苛化时间2h的最优工艺条件下,结晶渣的苛化率在86%以上,有机物的返溶率则在17%以内。此法可以回收部分苛性碱,降低循环碱损失量,同时保证较低的有机物返溶率。The method of recycling aluminum and caustic from the slag was studied, that was using the crystallization to remove of organics by caustic process. The research results showed that the caustic rate of crystallized slag was more than 86% and organics re - dissolution rate was less than 17% un- der the optimal process conditions, the concentration of Na20c of 120g/L , the concentration of lime- milk of 200g/L and the caustic temperature of 90℃. The part of caustic could be recycled and the circulating caustic loss was reduced by this method, and the low rate of organic re -dissolution could be ensured.
