摘 要:以“寒香蜜”葡萄品种为试验材料,在大棚内应用行间内置式秸秆生物反应堆技术,研究了秸秆生物反应堆对大棚葡萄生育环境及产量的影响。结果表明:应用秸秆生物反应堆技术能显著提高大棚内CO2浓度,CO2浓度在1d中明显高于大气和无秸秆生物反应堆大棚;能明显提高土壤含水量和土壤温度,在整个生长期内未出现水分亏缺,10~20cm土壤温度比对照平均升高1.95℃,促进了微生物的活动,提高了土壤有机质含量和全效养分,加速了速效养分的分解,降低了土壤速效磷、钾的残留,可使葡萄增产约20%,成本降低,经济效益显著。Using "Hanxiangmi" grape as test material, greenhouse without straw bio-reactor as con- trast, the effects of built-in straw bio-reactor on growth environment and yield of grape in greenhouse were researched. The results showed that built-in straw bio-reactor could increase CO2concentration in the greenhouse significantly. CO2 concentration increased more than that in the greenhouse without straw bio-reactor or atmosphere, which showed significant difference. Soil water content could be in- creased and the growth of grape was improved without water deficit at the whole growing period. Soil temperature of 10 cm to 20 cm increased by 1.95 ~C, which improved the activity of microorgan- isms, increased the content of organic matter and total nutrients of soil, sped up the decomposition of soil available nutrients, and reduced the residue of available P and available K of soil. The tech- nology could increase grape yield by about 20%, and reduce the cost to improve economic returns significantly
