摘 要:以吉林省德惠市米沙子镇15年棚龄的温室大棚黑土为研究对象,通过盆栽试验,研究了不同处理对植株外观形态及温室土壤的pH、电导率、硝态氮等养分指标的影响。结果表明:与温室土壤相比,6种不同施肥处理均能促进植株生长,其中处理3的植株鲜重、叶片数、株高、茎粗分别比对照增加252.85%,28.20%,67.22%,29.54%,效果最好。6种不同施肥处理均能改善温室土壤理化性质,其中pH、有机质含量、速效磷含量比对照组明显增加,处理2、处理3下的土壤电导率、硝态氮含量比对照组明显减少,且处理3下的硝态氮含量比对照减少27.38%。总体来看,6种施肥处理对温室土壤改良的效果依次为处理3>处理2>处理7>处理6>处理5>处理4>处理1(ck)。研究结果表明,自制有机肥与微生物菌剂共同作用可以显著改善温室土壤理化性质及植株形态,提高土壤质量。Greenhouse soil of fifteen years from Mishazi town of Dehui city in Jilin province was studied. The effects of different fertilizer treatments on plant morphologic characters and such nutri- ent indicators as greenhouse soil pH, electrical conductivity and nitrate nitrogen were analyzed. The results showed that compared with greenhouse soil, six different fertilizer treatments significantly pro- moted plant growth, among which the third fertilizer treatment had the best effects on fresh weight, leaf number, plant height and stem diameter on the ground, increasing by 252. 85%, 28.20%, 67.22% and 29. 54% respectively compared with the control. Six different fertilizer treatments im- proved physical and chemical properties of greenhouse soil, among which pH, organic matter and a- vailable P were significantly increased compared with the control, the second and third fertilizer treatments could significantly decrease electrical conductivity and nitrate nitrogen content compared with the control and in the third fertilizer treatment, nitrate nitrogen content decreased by 27.38%. Overall, the effects of six different fertilizer treatments on greenhouse soil were treatment 3 〉treatment 2〉treatment 7〉 treatment 6〉treatment 5〉treatment 4. The results showed that homemade organic fertilizer and microbial agents working together can significantly improve greehhouse soil physical and chemical properties, plant morphologie characters and soil quality.
