摘  要:随着电网峰谷差的增大 ,具有“调峰填谷”双重作用的蓄能电站在电力系统中的作用越来越大。蓄能电站在电力市场环境下的优化运行具有特殊性 ,有很大的经济和社会效益。提出了电力市场环境下蓄能电站的运行效益定量评估模型。模型基于概率生产模拟 ,以蓄能电站静动态综合效益最大为目标函数 ,同时考虑了电力系统运行中的多种经济和技术约束条件。通过对算例的计算和分析验证了所提模型的有效性。研究成果对于蓄能电站在电力市场环境下的运行调度和效益评估有重要的实用价值。Along with the increase of the gap between peak load and valley load in power system,the pumped storage plant plays a vital role because of its double effect of peak cutting and valley filling.Since the pumped storage plant has the particular function for the optimal operation of power system in power market,to study on it will produce great economic and social benefits.The quantitative evaluation model of operational benefit for storage plant in power market is presented.The model is based on probabilistic production simulation.It takes account of different economic and technical constraints in power system operation with the maximum combined static and dynamic benefits of storage plant as its object function.The calculation and analysis of a sample system verifies the effectiveness of the proposed model.The results have great significance for the operational dispatch and benefit evaluation of storage plant in power market.
