摘　　要：目的:探讨心理契约式产前教育在促进产妇自然分娩中的应用效果。方法:随机选取我院产科2015年2月至12月收治的80例初产妇为研究对象,采用抽签的方法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例,对照组产前采用常规健康教育模式,观察组在对照组的基础上对产妇实施心理契约式健康教育,比较两组产妇的健康知识掌握情况、焦虑及抑郁评分、自然分娩的情况。结果:观察组在分娩知识、自我保健知识、分娩技能等健康知识的知晓率方面高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者纳入研究时的焦虑、抑郁评分无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组分娩前入院时的焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组愿意阴道分娩的比例和实际阴道分娩的比例高于对照组,产后出血量少于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用心理契约式产前教育能够显著增加产妇的分娩健康知识,减少分娩带来的心理压力,促进自然分娩。Objectives： To explore the psychological contract prenatal education application results in promoting maternal natural childbirth. Methods： 80 primipara from February 2015 to December 2015 were divided into observation group（ n = 40） and control group（ n = 40）. The control group were treated with conventional prenatal care,and observation group were treated with maternal health education. The situation,anxiety and depression scores,the situation of natural childbirth of two groups were compared. Results： The childbirth knowledge awareness,self-care knowledge,childbirth skills,health knowledge of observation group were higher than these of control group（ P〈0. 05）. The differences in anxiety and depression scores between the two groups were not statistically significant（ P〉0. 05）. Anxieties before birth admission and depression scores of observation group were all lower than these of control group,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. The proportion of willing vaginal delivery and actual vaginal delivery in observation group was higher than that in control group. Postpartum hemorrhage in observation group was less than that in control group. The differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion： Psychological contract prenatal education can significantly increase maternal health knowledge delivery,reduce psychological stress and promote natural childbirth.
