摘　　要：目的:了解基层部队官兵生殖健康知识的知晓度,针对相关问题探讨具体生殖服务措施。方法:采用自编问卷,对4867名基层部队官兵进行问卷调查。结果:在对婚前性行为、未婚先孕态度、婚前检查、避孕、性教育、性病及生殖知识等方面的年龄差异存在非常显著的统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:基层部队官兵获得生殖健康知识渠道多元化,但其生殖健康知识知晓度较低。Objectives： To learn the awareness of reproductive health knowledge of grass-roots unit solders so as to explore specific measures to address issues related to reproductive services. Methods： By using self-made questionnaire,4867 soldiers were investigated. Results： There were significant differences in terms of age,premarital sex,unwed attitude,premarital examination,contraception,sex education,sexually transmitted diseases and reproductive knowledge（ P 〈0. 01）. Conclusion： Grass-roots unit solders have diversified channels to get reproductive health knowledge,but the degree of reproductive health knowledge is low.
