摘  要:文章对沟通困难情境的定义进行阐述,从告知"坏消息"、与负性情绪患者沟通、护患冲突情境及其他常见情境4个方面综述了临床困难情境的识别,并提出其应对的策略,建议建立针对性沟通、困难情境培训体系、运用标准化沟通模式指导护患沟通、开展巴林特小组活动关怀护士心理,以期为临床护士提高沟通能力、改善护患关系提供参考。The article introduced the definition of circumstance of difficult communication and reviewed the identification method from four aspects,inclu- ding informing bad news, communicating with patients with negative emotion, nurse - patient conflict situations and other situations. Then, the authors put forward corresponding strategies and suggested to establish a training system of targeted communication and difficult circumstance, used standardized communication model to instruct nurse- patient communication, and developed Balint group activities to care nurses'psychological states, reasonably. Finally, this paper provided refer- ences for clinical nurses to improve communication ability and perfect nurse - patient relationship.
