摘  要:采用生物和生化测定方法,研究了广州市黄埔区2个荔枝蒂蛀虫田间种群对氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、毒死蜱的敏感性及相关解毒酶活力。生物测定结果表明,茅岗种群(MG)对溴氰菊酯和氯氰菊酯的LC_(50)均比大椿岗种群(CG)显著增加,其敏感性倍数为1、20,二者对毒死蜱的LC_(50)未见显著差异。生化测定结果表明,茅岗种群的多功能氧化酶、细胞色素P450、羧酸酯酶、碱性磷酸酯酶的活力比大椿岗种群显著提高;谷胱甘肽-S转移酶和酸性磷酸酯酶活力未见显著差异。Effects of cypermethrin, deltamethrin and chlorpyrifos on drug sensitivity and detoxified enzyme activity of Conopomorpha sinensis Bradly population in field in Huangpu district of Guangzhou city were studied by bioassay and biochemical determination. The bioassay results showed that deltamethrin and cypermethrinto LC50 values of Maogang population were significantly increased than that of Dachungang population, and sensitivity to LC50 value of chlorpyrifos showed no significant differences. The biochemical determination results showed that activity of multi-function oxidase,cytochrome P450, carboxylesterase, alkaline phosphatase of Maogang population increased significantly than those of Dachungang population, and activity of glutathione-S-transferase and acid phosphatase showed no significant differences.
