摘　　要：分析了我国医药费用的增长因素，从国家政策层面和医院发展层面阐述了我国公立医院参与控费的必然性。在此基础上，基于供给侧改革视角，从完善政策机制和医院管理2个维度，探索控制医疗费用不合理增长的路径，以进一步深化公立医院改革，减轻群众就医负担。The authors analyzed the growth factors for medical expenses in China, and discussed the necessity for public hospitals to involve in medical cost control. On the above basis and in line with the supply-side reform, the paper probed into pathways to curb unreasonable growth of medical expenses in the dimensions of improved policy mechanism and hospital management, aiming at deepening public hospital reform and alleviating patients＇ financial burden.
