品管圈对住院慢性肾脏病患者自我管理行为的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨品管圈对住院慢性肾脏病患者自我管理行为的影响.方法 成立品管圈组织,明确品管圈主题,分析住院慢性肾脏病患者自我管理行为形成率低的原因、设定目标、制订品管圈活动计划,实施整改措施,并对品管圈活动实施前后患者自我管理行为形成率及其健康行为进行比较.结果 住院慢性肾脏病患者自我管理行为形成率由79.1％提高至89.52％,改善后比改善前自我管理4个维度和健康调查的得分均提高,差异有统计学意义;患者自我管理和健康之间呈正相关（r=0.363,P〈0.01）.结论 通过品管圈活动提高了住院慢性肾脏病患者自我管理行为形成率,教育患者在住院期间建立健康的生活方式,使患者在出院前养成自我管理的良好习惯,从而达到防治慢性肾脏病的目的.Objective To study the quality control circle of hospitalized patients with chronic kidney disease self-management behavior.Methods Set up quality management organization,clear quality control circle theme,analysis of hospitalized patients with chronic kidney disease cause of self-management behavior formation rate is low,set a goal,quality management circle activity plan,implement rectification measures,and the quality control circle activities before and after the implementation of self-management behavior formation rate and health behavior of patients with comparison.Results Hospitalized patients with chronic kidney disease self-management behavior formation rate from 79.1% to 89.52%,the use of SPSS13.0 software for statistical processing,using t test,improved than before to improve self-maragement four dimensions and health survey points are improved,with statistical significance;And after statistics between patient self-management and health were positively correlated,r =0.363,P 〈 0.01）.Conclusion Through quality management circle activity increased the hospitalized patients with chronic kidney disease self-management behavior formation rate,education of patients in hospitalization to establish a healthy lifestyle,make patients before hospital discharge form good habits of self management,so as to achieve the purpose of prevention and treatment of chronic kidney disease （CKD）.
