摘  要:目的建立一种紫外分光光度法检测注射剂溶血的方法。方法通过对多种注射剂的溶血值测定,比较肉眼观察法与紫外分光光度法的检测效果。结果肉眼观察法可检测到溶血率为5%及以上的样品,而紫外分光光度法可直接准确地判定溶血的程度。结论紫外分光光度法可替代肉眼观察法,准确地判定注射剂的溶血。OBJECTIVE To establish a method for better detection of injection hemolysis. METHODS The inspection of visual inspection was compared with spectrophotometry, to explore whether spectrophotometry can instead of visual inspection in detecting the hemolysis of injection by studying various injection hemolysis. RESULTS Visual inspection should be applied when the hemolytic rates greater than or equal to 5. However, spectrophotometry can accurately determine the degree of hemolysis directly. CONCLUSION The visual inspection can be replaced by spectrophotometry to accurately determine injection hemolysis.
