口服盐酸克林霉素棕榈酸酯颗粒致呼吸循环功能障碍1例

摘　　要：1例1岁男性患儿诊断为"急性上呼吸道感染(细菌感染)",收治入院。口服盐酸克林霉素棕榈酸酯颗粒37.5 mg,约100 min后出现全身皮肤灰白,口唇及四肢紫绀、瞳孔对光反射消失等症状,遂予以正压通气、胸外按压、气管插管辅助呼吸、心电监护等辅助治疗,同时快速扩容,并先后给予肾上腺素、洛贝林、阿托品、地塞米松静脉推注,抢救1 h无效而死亡。A boy patient of one year＇s old was diagnosed as bacteria infection in the up respiratory and treated in the hospital with prescribed drug. After 100 min of taking oral pill of Clindamycin Palmitate Hydrochloride Granules （CPHG） at total of 37.5mg, the patient was found with symptoms including ： face in pallor, lips and extremities in cyanosis, and none of papillary reaction to the light. The doctors gave the treatments of positive pressure ventilation, chest compression and tracheal intubations. The patient was also treated with the breathing machine while monitoring the electrocardiograph and the level of blood oxygen saturation. Finally, doctors opened his venous passage, rapidly enlarged the volume, intravenously injected epinephrine, lobeline, atropine and dexamethasone. Without of succeed in rescue, the patient died one hour later.
