摘 要:针对联供联产系统的经济—技术—环境—社会等综合性能的复杂性,提出层次分析法与行业吸引力矩阵分析相结合的多目标综合评价方法。行业吸引力矩阵由内部因素和外部因素组成,其中内部因素表征为系统竞争力指标,外部因素表征为系统所处行业的行业吸引力指标。根据指标的层次特性,建立指标体系的层次结构模型。以合成气为核心的联供联产系统为例,详细分析并计算了其行业竞争力指标和吸引力指标。研究结果表明,该系统为处于增长或发展位置。Because of the complexity of comprehensive performance of co-feed and co-production systems in economic, technological, environmental and social aspects, a multi-criteria evaluation method combining analytic hierarchical process and Mckinsey matrix is proposed. Mckinsey matrix is composed of intrinsic and extrinsic factors. Intrinsic factors are characterized by competitiveness index system; extrinsic factors are characterized by sectoral attractiveness index system. According to the hierarchical properties of indicators, the models of index system of the hierarchical structure are established. Taking syngas-based co-feed and co-production system as ex- ample, this work presented its competitiveness and attractiveness index in detail. Results showed that the case system is in growing or developing situation.
