中国游客不文明旅游行为研究——基于内容分析法的分析

摘　　要：游客在旅游过程中的不文明旅游行为,已成为中国社会各界共知而大加鞑伐的现象。以2010—2015年中国游客不文明旅游行为报道为研究对象,结合内容分析法构建出含有5个一级类目、31个二级类目的游客不文明旅游行为事件报道类目系统,以此对中国游客不文明旅游行为事件进行趋势分析;将中国游客不文明旅游行为事件归纳为6种表现形态。在此基础上进行事件的特征分析,分别从季节规律、活动规律进行事件发生规律分析,得出中国游客不文明旅游行为的关键时间、关键区域、关键形态、关键环节等结论,并提出相关的建议。The uncivilized behavior in traveling has become a phenomenon which was known and strongly criticized by all sectors of society in China. This paper takes reports of the uncivilized behav- ior of Chinese tourists during 2010 to 2014 as its research objects, combining with content analysis method to construct an incident reporting system which contains 5 first level categories, 31 secondary categories according to reports of the uncivilized behavior of Chinese tourists, in order to conduct a trend analysis of the uncivilized behavior of tourists in China. The uncivilized behavior of Chinese tour- ists can be classified into 6 kinds of forms. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of these inci- dents, this paper also analyzes the occurrence regularities from aspects of seasons and activities. Con- clusions are summed on the key time, areas, forms and links, and solutions as well as suggestions are provided in this paper.
