校外实习存在的问题分析及建设校内实习基地的必要性和方法探讨

摘　　要：校外实习是本科教学中一个非常重要的实践教学环节。然而,随着社会形势的发展变化,传统的校外实习模式出现了很多问题,比如实习单位联系越来越困难、实习经费严重不足、实习效果质量较差等。在新形势下如何提高实习的效率和效果,将实践教学的重要性和培养目的真正落实到提高学生的培养质量上面来,成为众多高校当前面临的一个亟待解决的问题。虚拟仿真实验室可以将化工生产过程当中的管道、阀门、泵、换热器、反应器等各种单元操作以及完整工艺流程直观的呈现出来,让学生产生身临其境的真实体验感,可以在很大程度上替代校外实习基地。让传统的以到企业实习为主的校外实习模式转变为以校内虚拟仿真实验室或半实物虚拟仿真工厂实习为主,校外企业实习为补充的新的实习模式。Practice outside the campus plays an important role in undergraduate education. However, with the development and change of the social environment, many problems appeared, such as the more and more difficulties in contact with the practice bases, a serious shortage of funding used for practice, and the poor quality of the practice effect. Under the new situation how to improve the efficiency and effect of thepractice, and to really enhance the cultivation quality is now facing enormous challenge. Virtual simulation laboratory of chemical production process can intuitively present the pipelines, valves, pumps, heat exchangers, reactors and other unit operations, and a whole technological process, which would let the students produce immersive experience. As a result the practice inside the campus would replace the practice outside the campus to a large extent. A new practice mode in which a virtual simulation laboratory or semi-physical virtual simulation on campus would be the main practice ways with the practice outside campus as the supplementary would form.
