摘　　要：班主任工作一直是高校学生事务管理工作的重中之重,作为大学生班集体的主要教育者和组织者,对大学班级集体建设和大学生成才起着至关重要的作用。文章从构建和谐班级的视角下深入探讨如何有效地进行班主任工作,并对今后班主任工作展开提出了建议,以促进新时期高校班主任工作的深化和管理水平的提高,增强班主任工作的实效。The work of the class adviser has always been the most important task of the student affairs management in the university.Class adviser plays an important role in class construction and students＇ growth as an educator or organizer. We discuss from the perspective of building a harmonious class how to effectively carry out the class work, and offer some suggestions for the development of class adviser＇s work. These methods willpromote class adviser＇s management level, and enhance the effectiveness of the work.
