基于双重职责视角的高校辅导员学生工作原则研究

摘　　要：在高等学校教育工作中,辅导员的学生工作主要包括两个方面,即管理学生事物和政治思想教育等,其承担的双重的职责。而这两种指责之间,既统一又独立,因而很多高校辅导员的学生工作往往会出现混乱职能的现象。究其原因在于,高校辅导员对于管理学生事物与政治思想教育之间的辩证关系没有一个正确的理解,从而导致了学生工作常常出现一些问题。因此文章基于双重职责视角,对高校辅导员学生工作的原则进行了深入的研究,从而详细阐述了高校辅导员学生工作原则的内容。In the educational work of colleges and universities, the work of counselors mainly includes two aspects： the management of students＇ affairs and the education of political ideology, and their dual responsibilities. And these two accusations are both unified and independent; so many college counselors＇ work often appears chaotic in the functions of two accusations. The reason is that college counselors don＇t understand the dialectical relationship between the management of student affairs and political and ideological education, resulting in some problems in the work of student＇s management. Therefore, based on the double duty perspective, this article has carried on the thorough research to the principle of student counselor in universities, thus elaborated its content in detail.
