摘　　要：发表于1846年的《一桶白葡萄酒》(The Cask of Amontillado)是埃德加·爱伦·坡晚期创作的短篇小说。小说主人公蒙特里梭老谋深算、工于心计,其在实施复仇计划时所采用的策略,与中国古代兵法《三十六计》在诸多方面有异曲同工之妙。这充分显示了中西文化在存在巨大差异的同时,也蕴涵着不谋而合的共通与相似。The Cask of Amontillado published in 1846 is one of Poe＇s best short stories and it tells a tale of revenge. The protagonist, Montresor, is adept at scheming. The strategies he adopts show cultural coincidences with Thirty-six Strategies, a Chinese essay collection, which is illustrating stratagems used in war. This shows that there are great differences between Chinese and Western cultures, but at the same time, there are some common coincidences.
