穗、杭两市竞技游泳后备力量培养的比较研究

摘　　要：采用文献资料法、比较分析法等研究方法,对穗、杭两市竞技游泳后备力量培养的比较研究,结果显示:在近几年的各种游泳比赛中杭州籍的运动员明显要多于广州籍的运动员;在竞赛制度上,广州市运动员每年参加的游泳赛要少于杭州市运动员,在内部竞争中,杭州业余训练"三足鼎立"的格局更易激发教练员和运动员训练、比赛的积极性.广州体育职业技术学院的"垄断"的局面,对基层教练和运动员有消极影响;合理的竞赛激励政策能促进基层教练员输送的积极性.广州和杭州都制定了相应的奖励机制,杭州每年按比例奖励的政策更合理;在选材方面杭州运动员的选材面要优于广州,杭州教练员能主动出击,深入幼儿园、中小学招生,扩大了招生面,更有利于运动员的选材.Through the literaturemethod, comparative analysis and other research methods, a has been conducted in Guangzhou and Hangzhou city to investigate the reserve forces training for ming. The results showed that ： in recent various swimming competition, the athletes of Hangzhou nificantly more than that of Guangzhou. In competition system, Guangzhou athletes participate comparative study competitive swim- membershipis sig- annual swimming competition less than in Hangzhouathletes,and in Hangzhou, amateur swimming training constituted ＂a situation of tripartite confrontation＂ pattern, which is more possible training and competitions. In contrast, Guangzhou Sports roots coaches and athletes, which reveals that reasonable to stimulate the enthusiasm of the coaches and athletes in Polytechnic ＂monopoly＂ had a passive effects on the grass competition incentives can promote the training of grass - roots coaches and athletes. Though reward system found both in Guangzhou and Hangzhou, reward system via pro- portion in tively spot Hangzhou potential is morereasonable. In the selection of sports talent in reserve, Hangzhou, whose coaches posi- athlete in kindergarten, schooland middle school, is superior to Guangzhou.
