基于医患学历差异分析非医疗技术服务影响因素的认知现状

摘　　要：目的在数据分析基础上,找到存在差异的非医疗技术服务影响因素,分析产生差异原因,有针对性地提出提高非医疗技术服务质量的建议。方法采用问卷调查法进行数据收集,用频数分析法筛选出排名前10位的影响因素,用Kruskal-Wallis Test进行差异性分析。结果不同学历的医生对下列4个因素重要程度的认知有差异:医生增强医疗责任意识、医生重视与患者的沟通交流、医生在职业活动中人格尊严人身安全不受侵犯、医生严格执行诊疗规范和用药指南;不同学历患者对医生遵守法规和规章制度重要程度认知有差异。结论增加高学历人员的医疗责任意识,高学历医生应重视与患者的沟通,保证医生在职业活动中人格尊严和人身安全不受侵犯,低学历医生应严格执行诊疗规范和用药指南,低学历医生应遵守法规和工作制度。不断提高自身的医疗技术水平,更要重视法律知识的学习、法律意识的培养。Objective： To explore the influencing factors of non-medical technical services,analyze the reasons of the differences,and put forward some suggestions to improve the service quality of non-medical technology,on the basis of data analysis. Methods： A questionnaire survey was conducted to collect data,the top 10 influencing factors were screened by frequency analysis,and the differences were analyzed by Kruskal-Wallis Test.Results： Doctors with different education level perceived significantly differently in the importance degree of the following 4 aspects： doctors enhance the awareness of medical responsibility; doctors pay attention tocommunication with patients; doctors＇ personal dignity and personal safety can＇t be violated in the occupational activities; doctors strictly implement the diagnosis and treatment standards and medication guide. Patients with different education levels perceived significantly differently in the importance degree of doctors complying with the laws and regulations.Conclusion： It should increase the awareness of medical responsibility of highly educated medical doctors. Highly educated medical doctors should pay attention to communication with patients to ensure the personal dignity and personal safety not to be violated in the occupational activities. Lowly educated doctors should strictly implement the diagnosis and treatment standards and medication guide and comply with the laws and regulations. They should constantly improve their medical technology,but also pay more attention to the learning of legal knowledge and cultivation of legal awareness.
