摘  要:结合北方学院体育馆实际工程,基于循环补偿法,提出一种既能考虑施工期间环境温度变化,又能考虑分阶段施工、临时支承状态下张拉等弦支穹顶结构预应力张拉施工全过程分析方法,采用ANSYS有限元软件进行了施工全过程分析,研究最不利温度工况下预应力张拉施工过程中索力、杆件内力和结构变形的变化情况。研究表明:不考虑温度变化影响时,环境温度变化产生的索力误差最大可达55.22%,内圈环索对温度变化敏感,温度变化对张拉控制力的取值影响最大可达417.79%,所提出的施工方案可行,具有足够的工程精度,与设计状态的索力误差低于3.73%。Combined with the actual project of North University Gymnasium and based on cyclic compensation method,it was put forward a kind of method that not only can consider the temperature change during construction,but also consider the construction stages and supporting conditions in the whole process of tensioned-prestressing construction,and ANSYS software was used to do the analysis of the whole process of the construction. The changes of the cable force,the member internal force and structureal deformation during pre-stressing construction were analyzed. The research showed that the maximum cable force error caused by change of environmental temperature could reach 55. 22%; inner ring cable was sensitive to temperature changes,the max influence of temperature change on the value of tension control was 417. 79%; construction scheme was safe and feasible,this method had enough precision for engineering,the cable force error was less than 3. 73% in the design state.
