摘  要:利用FLUENT软件对管道在稳态流动时的非均匀温度场进行了数值模拟,得到了管内原油层流和紊流流动两种流态不同入口流速的管道沿程温度曲线。并通过ABAQUS软件对建立的管道有限元模型施加层流和紊流两种流态的非均匀温度荷载,考虑材料非线性,通过模态分析引入初始缺陷,针对不同非均匀温度作用和管土相互作用,进行管道非均匀温度效应参数化分析,研究非均匀温度场作用下管道屈曲性能、侧向位移以及温度应力的变化规律。Numerical simulation of the non-uniform temperature field of the pipeline in steady flow was conducted with FLUENT. Two kinds of flow states of the oil were considered,that was the laminar flow and turbulent flow. The finite element model of a deep-sea pipeline was established by using ABAQUS with material nonlinear considered,and initial geometric imperfection was introduced into the model by modal analysis. A parametric analysis of the temperature effect of the pipeline was carried out considering non-uniform temperature field, initial geometric imperfection and pipe-soil nonlinear interaction,and the lateral displacement,pipeline buckling performance and stress of the pipeline were studied under non-uniform temperature field.
