徐州铁路旧社区的更新改造策略

摘　　要：铁路社区作为铁路工人的生活场所是旧时期铁路建设遗留的重要工业遗产,虽出现了某种程度上的衰退,但仍有较强的保留价值和意义。铁路单位独立的组织结构和改革进程决定了社区发展的特殊性。通过对徐州市"铁路三宿舍"演变发展过程的调研,从社区现状和空间意象调查入手,分析其在新的历史时期下面临的发展困境,以此为基础提出相应的更新发展策略。Railway community as railway workers＇ residential place is an important industrial heritage of railway construction during the old period. Although there has been some extent of recession,there is still remaining a strong retention value and memorable significance. Compared with other workers＇ community,the railway unit represents a certain particularity based on their independence of the organizational structure and unique reform process. The article presented the evolution of No. 3 railway community in Xuzhou,analyzed the difficulties under the new age which now is facing. Based on which some renewal and development strategies were proposed.
