摘 要:为深入了解纵筋锈蚀对钢筋混凝土梁抗剪性能的影响,对3根不同锈蚀程度和1根未锈蚀的钢筋混凝土梁进行跨中加载试验。首先,利用静电流加速试验,即将试件浸泡在3%Na Cl溶液中并外加直流电,通过控制通电时间,获取不同锈蚀程度的钢筋混凝土梁。然后,采用简支梁静力试验分析纵筋锈蚀程度、锈胀裂缝平均宽度和最大宽度对梁抗剪承载力的影响,并与其他相关研究进行对比分析。研究表明:试验梁的抗剪承载力随着锈蚀率、锈胀裂缝平均宽度或锈胀裂缝最大宽度的增大而减小。试验梁的破坏形态由剪跨比决定,纵筋锈蚀程度只影响试验梁抗剪承载力的大小,不对试验梁的破坏形态产生影响。To investigate the influence of longitudinal bar corrosion on shear behavior of RC beams,a series of static loading tests were conducted for three corroded RC beams and a corresponding un-corroded beam. The corroded beams were accomplished using accelerated corrosion method,i. e. the specimens were immersed in 3% sodium chloride solution and direct current was applied to reinforcement. The effects of corrosion rate,corrosion-induced average and maximum crack width on the shear-resistant capacity of RC beams were analyzed,whose results were compared with other related literatures. The results indicated that the shear-resistant capacity decreased with the increment of corrosion rate,corrosion-induced average or maximum crack width. The failure mechanism of beam was determined by the shear-span ratio,rather than by the degree of longitudinal bar corrosion.
